1. How do I pay? Payment is primarily made via bank transfer to out Scotia Account. Payment may also be made by visiting our office.
2. Where are you located? Our office is located at 71 Manchester Road Mandeville. We however delivery islandwide.
3. How will I get my items? We delivery island wide using Doorway Express, Tara Courier Service or Knutsford Express.
4. Do I get to see my products before its produced? Yes. We send all clients a digital preview of what there items will look like before we actually go ahead with the production phase. We ensure that our birdes are absoluted happy and have given us approval before we produce items.
5. How long does the process? The standard time frame for designs to be sent is 3 to 5 working days. After approval we usaully ask for a maximum of 15 working days.
6. What items do you offer for weddings? Regarding weddings, we offer a wide range of items that include invitations, programs, signs, guestbooks, table numbers, menu cards, thank you cards, place cards, guestbooks, cake boxes, custom Mr. & Mrs Shirts, welcome signs, seating charts, phot frame props, labels, wine glasses, monetary gift boxes, and more.
We offer a wide range of souvenirs from keyrings, magnets, openers, clippers, mason jars, tumblers, compasses, and more.
7. Do you offer express service? Yes. We offer 5 day express service that costs $5,500 extra for an item. But with your Bonus deal, you will get this free for your wedding invitations.
